A beginners  group.

10.45 - 12 00. At the Victoria club.
On Wednesday. 
Please note that to attend the Yoga class it is important to know that all individuals must be able to get up and down from the mat unaided. 

Each individual will require to bring to class the following. 
A yoga mat, two blocks, a yoga belt. 
And a warm blanket. 

Classes will be paid up front 4 weeks in advance.
